MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN OF COLUMBUS,

 

COLUMBUS, MONTANA HELD OCTOBER 13, 2009 AT 7:30 P.M.

 The meeting was called to order with Mayor Woltermann presiding. Council persons present were Gary Anderson, Patty Sundberg, Jon Brown, Paul Edwards, and Harold Houghton. Terry Nystul was absent. Officers present were Chief Pronovost, Attorney Howard and Clerk Barndt.

The Mayor stated that this was the time and place advertised for Public Hearing on the Proposed Budget for FY 09-10. He asked three times if there were any comments for or against the budget? He asked the Clerk if there were any written comments? There were none. He declared the hearing closed at 7:32 p.m.

The Mayor asked if there were any questions from the Council regarding the budget? Sundberg made a motion to adopt the budget resolution for FY 09-10, seconded by Houghton, roll call; Anderson, Sundberg, Brown, Edwards, and Houghton voted yes, motion carried, budget adopted.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:34 p.m.
